Hi, I ordered a vcd from this Malaysian vcd online shop but I had to keep calling them to get a reply from them. Earlier today, I called them again regarding my order and to find out what is the total charge, only to find out that they have shipped it at the most expensive rates without confirming with me first. They claimed they had emailed me but I didnt receive any. I requested them to send me the same email and I have received it. However, in their email, they asked me to reply them to confirm the total charges. But why did they post the item without confirming with me first? How can I solve this matter? Pls help. Thanks.
