We purchased two beds at Mattress Giant in Miami, Florida. The company's exchange policy will only apply if you purchase their overpriced waterproof mattress protector. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We were allowed to exchange the mattresses one-time only, and only at full markup. In other words, if a mattress was marked down, we had to pay the original price. This exchange policy is not written anywhere, and similar mattresses can be bought for much less elsewhere.
