My complaint is regarding www.peerflix.com Their BUSINESS address is 815 El Camino Real, Menlo Park, CA 94025 The situation is this - I signed up with their program through mypoints.com, and their website seemed good - it was a way to get rid of dvd's that I didn't want, and get dvd's that I did want cheaply. I

signed up for the program, and even brought what they call peerbux - dollars that you can use in order to buy used dvd's on the website. I used an empty checking account and debit card for this purpose - I just put in the money I want to spend on what ever I choose, but just the exact amount, to avoid theft of any kind. Well, a few days later, I get a letter from my bank telling me that my checking account was

overdrawn, because they overcharged me, and the bank paid it! I contacted the website and told them to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, and refund my money, including the bank fees, since they charged me without my permission or consent. Well, to this day, not only have they not closed the account, I keep getting messages for trading dvd's that I don't even have! NOTE THAT THEY ARE AFFILIATES WITH AMAZON.COM, AND AMAZON.COM REFUSES

TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS MATTER. THEY OWE ME $87.85, AND I WILL HOUND THEM EVERY DAY UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK, AND THAT ACCOUNT IS CLOSED FOR GOOD!!!! Adel Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User
