Hefty one Zip

The last couple of time that I have bouth Heft one zip bags they have not held thier seal or the zippers have come off. I just saw were someone complained of this back in 2004 surely they have not let this problem go this long. I can't believe they don't have a website set up to recieve these problems and fix them asap.
