2006 Entertainment Book

I have been trying to register this dizzy entertainment book for two days with no response. The bar sits there half way and never downloads to the web site. What kind of registration is this? What do you do if you don't have a computer? Why no phone number? I would like to throw the book away due to aggravation and never buy another one.
