Problem: I am really frustratetd with the use of windows xp professional OS, I have baught a laptop from DELL and paid a good price for windows xp professional 2000 OS , whenever I open an internet explorer 6 out of 10 times it makes my laptop hang, and sends an error report closing that browser. I am really frustrated the way xp professional is designed by microsoft corporations, suggest me what action should be taken here ?
