Sprint - No Phone Book

We had our Sprint phone hook up on Oct. 14, 2005, but received no phone book. Called customer services 2-3 times and got several answers:

1. "We will mail you one in 10 - 14 days".

2. Received instructions to call a number in northern Illinois whom

I guessed was the phone book publisher and they promptly hung

up after muttering something I didn't understand.

3. Another Customer service rep. gave us a address of a Sprint office i

in neighboring city. That bit of advice turned out to be a Sprint

mobile phone store, who had no idea what we were talking about.

We are now entering our FORTH week and still no phone book. I hope this is not the type of service we can expect from our phone company in the future.
