Avenue Clothing - OKC

Avenue Clothing - OKC Avenue Clothing - OKC November 6, 2005 During a trip to Oklahoma City from my home in Missouri (a 3 hour drive) in late August this year, I purchased several garments from the Avenue store near Northwest and I-44. One of the shirts I purchased lost color in several spots after the first washing. Knowing I would be back in OKC for an event later this fall, II kept the garment and receipt to exchange it at that time. Imagine my surprise when the "manager" on duty informed me that her store only exchanged garments that could be resold. I was greatly disappointed that a defective garment cannot be returned. I had planned to make a considerable purchase again while in the city since there is not a store in my town, and I love the Avenue clothing selection.I will no longer do business with a company that places so little value on customer satisfaction.

If it is the same store (I worked for the one in St Louis), then the store policy is to take it back. It is not your fault, the merchandise was faulty. Call the district or regional manager and they will respond to you.
