MTNL - faulty telephone past six months

Sir,

My phone is out of order since Past Six months , time to time no of complaints lodged with MTNL , and I am paying telephone rental fee without telephone connection for past six months,

and Mehraulli exchange staff advising that " for surrender to Telephone Line".

These days I am unable to lodge complaints on # 198 also.

Can you please help me .

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had availed for an MTNL broadband Connection in the month of Jan. Since then i have received 3 bills (Jan 504 Rs, Feb 1988 and MArch 1500 Rs).

Since the day i have got this connection not a single day my internet has worked. I have been meeting all peopel at MTNL to get it rectified but no one responds to my Complaints. For a visit to my office which is just opp Sec 7 MTNL Office Dwarka they are demanding 1000 Rs.
