do not buy XACT SIRIUS products do not buy XACT SIRIUS products November 29, 2005 this is a copy of a complaint that i sent to xact today which is self-explanatory: i purchased an xtr1 receiver in june 2005. it has only worked intermittently since i purchased it. i finally sent it in for repairs 4 weeks ago today. in that time i have called your customer service dep't on three occasions and have rec'd nothing but the runaround and empty promises to follow up on the staus of my return. i am really disappointed in your product and totally frustrated by your incredibly poor customer service. i'm now paying for sirius service that i can't receive. my esn no. on the unit is: XXXXXXXXXX. if you would check the web, you will find that your products are being slammed for their poor quality and your poor service on warranty. i have written to sirius and recommendend that they discontinue endorsing your products. you, as a company ought to be ashamed of your preformance. my next step is to file a complaint with the federal trade commission. you can be assured that i will make a point of telling people to avoid your products. i want my product repaired or replaced with a unit that works. your prompt attention to this matter will be appreciated but will be a complete surprise based on what i have read about your company's lack of customer support Dan Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Wednesday, 30-Nov-05 00:00:00 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
