24 hour Fitness Collections Department

The 24 hour Fitness Collections Department at 877-525-5327 X34138 has been calling our home phone and leaving harassing calls and messages every day for the last 10 days to collect a debt for a person that is not connected to our home phone number. He has left messages in spanish and in english and yelled this individuals name in the phone and then laughs when someone in our household answers the phone when we tell him what our name is and that the person he is looking for is not at this phone number. He has told us that because we do not speak spanish this shows our lack of education. My husband has been employed with his company for 15 years and I have owned my own business for 10 years.

We have requested numerous times for him to take that phone number off of his list and he states that he will continue to call that number if he wants to until he reaches this individual. He also commented that maybe we could pay her debt and then he would leave "us" alone.

24 hour Fitness needs to hire respectable and professional individuals to collect their debts and maybe they would actaully succeed.
