Nextel (now Sprint )/ Business Wireless Nextel (now Sprint )/ Business Wireless November 29, 2005 The service on the phone is horrible. Customer Service used to be good, but since Sprint (consistently rated the worst in customer service) took over, Customer service has been horrible. The call centers are outsourced to South America or India, they frequently send you to the wrong departments, and they frequently, intentionally or not, HANG UP ON YOU. I am part of a 10 million dollar company. We need to have the ability to grow. With Nextel, we had that ability, now with Sprint, they have imposed limits on the amount of lines we are approved for, furthermore, we can't even get to the department that does the credit approval. To make matters even worse, they already sent us the phone that we can't activate! This company has gone down the tubes. We pay top dollar for service, and used to have top notch customer service. Now we have the worst customer service, and we are still paying top dollar. I think Nextel users should unite and put a class action lawsuit on Sprint/nextel. We signed up for Nextel, not Sprint.
