Expedia Itinerary Number: 1143195sssss I had terrible service from Expedia and Disney with this trip. I booked the disney magical express 2

months before my trip. However, 3 weeks away from the trip I never received my tags. I called Expedia who didnt even have the Magical Express number listed anywhere and they just gave me the main disney number. After searching through this on my own time I found the number and called directly it seems that they didnt have my reservation even though I got a confirmation letter from both Magical Express and Expedia. In any case they said they would ship me the tags immediately. A week before my trip I am now very frustrated and nervous that I would not receive these tags, I still didnt receive them. I spoke to Barbara at Expedia Customer support regarding receiving disney luggage tags which were never shipped to me they called Disney with the number that I supplied to them and put them on a three way call. Disney explained that they shipped the tags to the wrong address because Expedia sent them the wrong home address. Even though none of my accounts have the wrong address listed, an address all the way to the west coast when I live on the east coast. Yet Expedia was not even willing to give compensation for this stress and frustration on this trip. She said there was nothing Expedia could do for me. It doesnt seem like expedia cares about their customers. I then called to have my account closed, the representative whom I spoke to said that I would have to go to the link at customer support but, since I had an existing trip scheduled it wouldnt even allow me to close my account. Just to add to the frustration I cant even have the choice to close my own account. They cant even remedy this problem and I am still stuck without luggage tags.
