my complete care health service of Florida my complete care health service of Florida November 29, 2005 I enrolled in their plan 3 or 4 months ago. For 6 weeks they failed to send me any membership cards or information despite the fact that I called every week and they were "being printed". Then they sent us the wrong cards, my wife tried to use one for her prescription and was turned away at City Drug in Van Alstyne, Tx. (David Schotz) Then it took another few weeks to get the proper cards. All this time, they assured me their was a money back refund if I wasn't happy. Well I cancelled and they told me I could only get a 30 day refund AFTER I had waited over 60 days for the right cards and information. This is a complete ripoff and I want my money back. They can be found on the web at www.mycompletecare.com. I will also forward you a message from the president that said I wasn't entitiled tor a complete refund, becuase my 30 day window had elapsed. How would you know if you liked it if you had no information for nearly 60 days? Please help me recover my funds. 3 x $199 and 1 x $120 Also, if you have the US attorney general's office number and also the internet scam reporting office I would appreciate their addresses or phone numbers. Thanks, Mitchell Van Alstyne, Texas
