Dear Sirs,

Last December I purchased a Qray silver bracelet. This is the second one I have purchased from you. I lost the first one someplace. This one that I have now has started to flake off at the siilver balls showing the copper color underneath. The flaking is so bad that I do not wear it when I go anywhere, just around the house. I have not abused this bracelet, and my first one nerer flaked, so this has to be a defect in workmanship. on the silver ones. I feel that Qray should replace this bracelet. It has eased the pain in my right arm and I do not like wearing it for long period when I am out. I have had a lot of friends ask about it and I highly recommend it to them. Sincerely,
