Rite Aid Pharmacy 1892 Third Ave 106th Street New York, NY l0029

November 29, 2005 On three separate occasions, I either received the wrong medications or they had me listed at an unknown address. I can almost understand this happening the first time, but I have been going to this pharmacy through the years. Trusting Rite Aid, I didn't check the medication at the store but getting ready to put in my mouth, I noticed it was a different shape and color. As mentioned above, this happened two times. If I had poor eyesight, what would have happened.

Another experienced I had with this store is, I called early in the morning to see if my refill was ready (to avoid the rush), I was informed by the pharmacist that they had just gotten in and didn't have their coffee. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I would go somewhere else but I am under ll99 Union plan and this is my designated pharmacy.

Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
