On oct 11,2005 I was browsing the internet to refinance and come across quicken loans, they are deceptive and lie!To continue the process of the contract I had to give my debit card number to protect them incase I backed out they would be reimbursed 300.00 for their appraisal.Right off I told her our home would only appraise at 95,000.00 at the highest and she said this would be no problem her supervisor has been in the business a longtime ands could pull strings.so,I worried no more.We kept in contact almost daily and then I got a new person, they called it the 2nd step. She was also very nice. Finally after one week of no calls Sarah calls and said the appraisal was only 90,000.00 which that is what it was 4 years ago and we invested over 1500.00 since then.I told her no problem and she said do not give up yet,I like you and it is up to the underwriters.ok,I said.another 3-4 days went by and I called her,she said the underwriters will not refinance and therefore they could not go thru with the loan.I said,ok and so you will not take the 300.00 from us since we complied with your rules?she said no we will not.well that was late october.on 11-25-05 quicken loans took 300.00 (I didnt have to give) out of my checking account causing me to be overdrawn and with 5ISF of 25.00 each on top of the 300.00!!Their response?I cant talk to you, your husband is the only one on the contract. They had been talking to me only all this time.I have reported them to the BBB and to all our local tv stations and an attorney.I plan to sue this company!!!!
