SURPLUS ALERT.COM-SCAMMERS

 

I ordered their auction success kit on Nov.9, 2005. I then recieved the kit on Nov. 14, 2005. two days later on the 16th I emailed their support center at Email User, stating I wanted to cancel my membership. (I was informed I could cancel either way, phone or email). I did not hear anything back from them, so once again I emailed them again stating I wanted to canel my membership, still no response. I contacted them today by phone and spoke to May who is a surpervisor, she explained that I did not cancel my membership within the 14-day grace period. I tired twice to contact them and no response. I asked her if they respond to the support email and she could not say yes or no! Why is it my fault they don't manage their company right and do not respond to consumers emails, questions, concerns or CANCELLATIONS? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY!!!!!
