Liberty wireless is a horrible company! I got a phone from them 2 months ago and was told it would work in my area. I can't even use it at my home address! I called them immediately to tell them about the issue and they told me I could return the phone if it was unopened. I told them it was opened and they told me if I had used 30 minutes airtime (which I had already paid for!) I could not return the phone period!! They would not let me speak to a supervisor only gave me an address to write a letter to!! I have tried to send them emails from their website and they always get an error and never go through. Now I have given the phone to my son and paid for his monthly minutes for November and was charged twice! I have yet to get this problem resolved and have little faith that it will be resolved in a timely and forthright manner. I have never been able to get a supervisor and was told their billing department does not take phone calls! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!! Since I am a customer service representative by trade I find Liberty's practices appalling and extremely lacking in all aspects of their business. Stephanie
