In April of this year, I bought a tracfone that was on sale and Radio Shack had a $20 rebate. After sending all the necessary papers and proof and what not, I find out 2 months later that they had never received anything...So they asked me to resubmit (which leads me to believe that this happens often to be offering a re-submit address!) So I did and guess what? You guessed it: never received my paper work! I went to the store located in Goffstown, NH and was told that they could not help me. Can you?
