CompaQ Computer

I purchased a Compaq computer from Wal-Mart. It has been the worst computer I've ever had. Very slow coming on. Norton Virus was nothing but trouble, so took it off and got McAfee which hepled. Settings change by themselve. Printer takes for ever to open up if you want to scan or print a picture. I e-mailed HP and they said they would help me but I've never heard from them.

I see that I'm not alone.
