FRAUDING STUDENTS - NIIT

hello sir/madam

i am kiran singh.s doing my 5th sem M.C.A in C.M.R Institute of management studies , sir i recently joined for ( .net course) in NIIT RESIDENCY ROAD, I and my friend paid around 26,000 rs in ransom .we joined the course in good intention that

we will complete this course in time and we can search for the job.

due to unfortunate reasons they did not start the course in time, every day we go they say the course will start today tommrrow .they kept on postponing the dates the course was about to start on 7th of october, they did not start the course on time.so we decided to not to attend the classes, when we approarched for refund of my money they are refusing to pay our money

they are torchering us by not giving the money

and we approached for NIIT head office in jayanagar, at some time they supported me that my money will be refunded after 2 days of meeting

they also turned up and they say thay it is left with you guys to take money from them, the reason is simple they had discussion saying that they have attended the classes .

i said to center head(residency road) can u proove that i have attended the classes then i gave the letter saying that i dont want to attend the classes please refund my money

now they are saying that i can refund only 4500rs+4500rs(my friend) = 9000rs

so i have to loose rest of the money ie 19,000rs is it not fair to tell all these things to students they are just FRAUDING the students

according to NIIT the rule says that

1)if u have not attended the classes + if u have not opened the course material

your money will be refunded

but these people arenot doing so they are frauding the studends

ANU receptionist of NIIT residency road she number no frauder she can do any thing for her job security she can even tell lies at the time of admission for her job security at the time of admission they said you have this that and so on . i opted for 7-9 batch , now they are saying you enrolled for 3-5 batch and we cannot start the coure at your time ,and it is a bavishyanidi scholership so we cannot do it any thing, they are just frauding students

i have strugggled to give this money , iworked fior tata indicom as recovey agent for 3 months to join these course and they are just fruading me and my friend it is hard earned money.
