airtel airtel November 28, 2005 Sir/madam, I am a customer of airtel 9896444811. I am not able to talk to the customer care as when i need some guidance. When i asked airtel to continue my customer they told me we cann't do any thing in this regard and the computer has disconnected it so computer itself would continue it again. My customer care number has been now barred from about 10 days and till now there is no hope of this to be continued. When i treid to talk to customer care with any other number mostly they started fighting with me without knowing any reason. It has been barred due to making calls more than 4 times in a day. If a person is having a problem in his network and due to disturbance he is unable to talk to customer care which he has called upon and due to it the number got disconnected.So, if this is customer care then i made a big mistake for changing my connection from idea to airtel. So, some concrete steps must be taken in this liew so that it never happen wit someone else.
