Nike Golf Bag (2 Seasons old)

 

At the end of this summer, I noticed a rod sticking out from under my golf bag. When I pulled it out, I found that it was part of the bag and that the rod had gone through the plastic bottom. There was no way of fixing it since the thick plastic was punctured.

 

I sent the bag back via Golf Town and waited. When Golf Town received word back from Nike, they told them that my +$200.00 golf bag was only going to be credited with $70.00. I figured that since this was a manufacturers defect that Nike should replace the bag. I contacted Nike and no one would explain why I'd only get $70.00 for my bag. Poor Customer Service.

 

I would definately tell everyone NOT to purchase anything from Nike. Nike does NOT stand behind their product workmanship and offers terrible customer service.

golf bags are warrantied for a year. Getting $70 back is generous and you should have been grateful!
