I ordered this camcorder on10/14/05 but was told by the posted office in Adrian with the help of a tracking number that the package when to Bell,Ca. on10/18/05. But part of the bill I put on my credit card from Capitol One and the charged has been takened out and a bill was sent to my home for the rest.

I received a paper with some question on it which I miss placed.

1. I have lived at this address for a year and I have received other packages from you people without any problem.

2. I do not have anyone else living in my home.

3. I have used the some post office since I have lived here.

4. I have been a good customer to you and paid all my packages that I by from you people.

5. So, why are you Fingerhut giving me a run around a to getting my order or giving me back my money.

6. It has been over TWO MONTHS almost since I orger this.

7. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR COMPANY AND HOW YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS.
