I am being billed it seems 9.99 a month to my e-wallet that I didn’t know I had and for a service that I do not use or have a clue what it is. I am very upset that I am being billed basically 10 dollars a month for a service I don't know or use. So if you could please help I'd appreciate it and if not then I'll have no problem switching service plans because this is truly ridiculous.
