I really never do this, but I will in this case. I had a really, really bad experience today at 3 Wal Mart stores I went to. I was looking for an item for the 5 hour sale ( HPPavilion Notebook Computer) the day after Thanksgiving only to come to the conclusion that none of these are in stock and I beleive this is a marketing scam. I woke up at 5am, drove around to my three nearest stores for 3 hours only to find the one item I was looking for was not obtainable. This is horrible customer service and I beleive and they have lost me as a customer for life unless this is made right. I'm all about customer service and have shopped at Wal-Mart for many years. I spend a lot of hard earned money with them and have many friends and aquaintances that do as well. I really do not know how a company such as Wal-Mart can do such a thing. I did find out that they did ship all the stores in my vicinity 25 units each. Please, is that really enough stock to satisify a 5 hour sale? This company has wasted so much of my precious time that I can no longer do business with them. This is probably not a big reprecussion to Wal-Mart, but I would hope that they could do something to make this right. I really have no choice but to use this as a bad business example and to steer everyone I know away from doing business with Wal-Mart. Please contact me as soon as possible and make this right.
