fox tv complaints re: OC and Reunion

Why is that the television shows OC and Reunion are usually deleted over the holidays and special sport games such as basketball and presidential speeches? My whole family enjoy these shows and the ages in my family range from 10years old to 58 years old.

We are really upset to night on Thanksgiving not to be able to watch our shows once again due to a movie. We own the movie and have already seen it. Besides OC and Reunion are expected on Thursday nights in our home and other homes. Please knock it off.......
