Dear compaints.com My name is kimberly

I signed up at this gym around 7/29/05. It was suppose to be a year contract. Because I was only signing up for 3 days, they said I could only get a 3 year contract. Then I thought it was free child care, only if you all 6 days. This gym advertises ladies only gym. Yet there is 2 men working there. I contacted national fitness financial systems. They said it was not a good enough reason to cancel my contract. It makes me very unconfortable that there

is a man there. I contacted the NNFS three times about this. I also

talked to the owner of the gym, who said it is family owned. The 2 men are her husband and son. I told her how I felt. Also if there was days that the 2 men were not there. She said her husband worked the day shift and her son worked the night shift. That definitely would'nt work for me. She wanted me to talk to her husband about it. What good would that do?

They won't let me out of my contract. I'm not going at all now. I'm very upset about this. I think that they advertise a all women's gym, that it should be all women including employees. I don't know what else to do? I can't afford a lawyer. Thank you for letting me tell you this.
