Hi, I bought a Videocon TV in the month of Sep 2005. In about 45 days, I am experiencing a problem of front panel and TV Remote not working. When I contacted the service center in bangalore, they told me that it is recurring problem in new models. For rectifying the problem due to manufacturing defect, they are asking me to bear the transportation
charges. Why should I bear the charges just because I bought a TV from Videocon. As well, I am surprised to learn that it will take time to get rectified. The service center's response
is so bad, that the company should be ashamed of such people. Regards
