FedEx Poor Service

FedEX has slower delivery than the united states postal service. They say they came to deliver package, I was home all day and they did not show up even though their web site tracking says they did!!

They have non FedEx personal delivering packages? One day a lady showed up late evening in a white P/U truck and said she was just helping out for delivery guy. I would never use FedEx again and will not buy over the internet is they advertise FedEx shipping. I am still waiting for a package shipped 11-15-2005 From PA to KS. Waited all day for package, while I could have been doing other things. Had computer down. FedEx says it will be 3 more days before they can deliver again, the same package! g
