Since I got the brand new Nokia 6170 phone and cell phone service w/ Centennial. I have had problems receiving phone calls, I reported my problems with the phone immediately to Chuck- the CSR at this location. He assured me it must have been a tower problem and they would fix it, well, I kept on having problems receiving phone calls, some times I wouldn't even show up on my phone that I missed a call! The last straw was when my daughter got sick at school and the school nurse tried to call me all day long well, I never received the phone call. I found out when I got my daughter from school at 2:30 with a fever!! She sat in the office all day long sick! Well, I went to Centennial to again report this repeated problem, well, Chuck said he had to speak with his manager- who was on vacation- he would let me know what he said when he went back to work, well, needless to say no one ever called me. I went back on the second week all week long and no answers at all, finally at the end of the week I got a phone number for the retentions dept of Centennial so I called them and they said it was up to the General Manager of the local Centennial Store to terminate my service w/o the termination fee of $250. I went back to Centennial and the General Manager (who was finally back from vacation) said there was nothing he could do about it to call the Retentions office. This has been almost 3 weeks of Hassles with this Phone Service. And No Answers at all what so ever other than they can give me another phone to "try" out and see if my service works- GUESS WHAT?? IT DOESN"T!! I have a brand new phone to prove it. Could it be a Tower?? GUESS WHAT? It was supposed to be fixed a few months ago! Now what is Centennial going to do? What they've done so far- ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
