I had purchased a Samsung E335 cell phone on 8/30/05 and the rebate form was mailed on Sept. 3 along with necessary forms, receipts, etc. I still have not received my rebate as of Nov. 15. I have placed many emails to customer service with no resolution. I can't log onto COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_74875# because it says my account name doesn't exist. I attempted to call the toll free # but can't get through. Can anybody help me with this matter? There seems to be a lot of problems with "the mobile solution."
