I am having an issue since 9-20-05 my car wouldn't go forward or back and then went but very hard hestitation I called all Nissan service centers on Long Island no one can look at my car for about 10 days to 14 days because they say they were very busy. So I figured let me take to a different shop maybe it not a major repair well they advised me it was my transmission and said to you have extended warranty I said yes. So they called Nissan 112 and they said they couldn't get it in til

9-29-05 and then said that maybe another location can get me in sooner well I called Nissan West Islip they said the first appt was 10-03-05 and Nissan Smithtown told me 10-6-05 and Nissan Riverhead said 10-07-05 so I kept my appt with Nissan 112. I had no transportation after the first 4 days my mom needed her car back. I rented a Enterprise budget car from 9-24-05 til 10-04-05 that was when I got my car back. They are refusing to pay me for my rental. When I purchased the car no one ever told me you had to wait that long for a repair appt they werenot gonna take my car pmt away when I couldnt use it I feel this not fair treatment to the consumer and should be stopped. I spoke with service mgr he also said it was wrong but over his head advised me to call Consumer Affairs at Nissan which I have done and they said they also cant help me I said you can't or won't we are talking about $410.00 total for rental and then the car had to go back a week later again because they didnt fix it right they kept it for 2 more days. I got it back & had to return for repair again they found the part they put in was defective. Any help you may give me would be appreciated. Lissette
