Purchased a Rio Chiba MP3 Player from this company on 10/22/05. The company has a 30 day from ship date return policy. The company requires that you wait for their shipping label in order to make any returns to them. When I received the product I was very disappointed. I was not made aware that the product I was purchasing was refurbished not new, then it was defective as well. I also purchased the 2 year extended warranty on this product and never received my warranty information either. I called the company 5 times and sent a certified letter to them also. I still have not recieved the label to return the product. All I wanted was an exchange, I did not even want to do a refund. I am now 20 days into this problem and the company is not making sufficient effort to correct the problem. I am running out of days in which to get the product back to them as per their policy, due to their incompetence. Every time I call I get the same run around. Nothing is being done on the part of this company. This was my first purchase from this company and it will be my last. I don't have any idea how long this issue will take to resolve if it is ever resolved. Just beware before you purchase from Overstock.com.
