Dell Financial Dell Financial November 13, 2005 We are being harassed day and night for bogus charges from Dell Financial. This is related to a business purchase, they have the business phone and they are calling our home day and night. The calls are 'blocked' making it impossible for our local police department to help. Its this legal?
