Through HSN we purchased the Ultrex Carousel Oven/Pizza Maker by Innova inc. in Davenport, Iowa (www.innova-inc.com). After six months of limited use, it failed to function. We shipped it back under warranty. After two months, Innova said they wouldn't have a record of the shipment until they were ready to ship the replacement back to us. After three months they said they moved and their files weren't accessible. After nearly four months, they didn't know what I was talking about. Home Shopping Network says it isn't their problem as the product malfunctioned after 30 days. Innova's warranty is useless. At least it wasn't as dangerous as their exploding fry pan.

I bought the pizza maker from ultrex also.I didnt use it very much.when i wanted to use it it wouldnt heat.I am verymad as i payed really good money for thisI got it in 2005.It should have lasted longer than that.It looks like new.It wont heat.I would like someone to tell me how i can get this repaired.Thank you
