I received two fraudelent charges on my SBC phone bill. One was the use of your Long Distance Co. to number 900-444-0222 to WSW Telecoms for 2 min. $40.00

The other was a a call to Estonia. Both calls took place on 8/26/05 . The first call charged by you was at 3:06 a.m. and the second at 3:25 a.m. I did some investigating myself. Apparently the call charged by you was to a company that is particpating in a telecom conference in Amsterdam (Estonia) to possibly obtain a phone number to where the conference is. The 2nd call charged to me in error was a SBC call to Amsterdam for 20 min.

I live in a small town in Indiana with a small Pet Boutique and at 3 a.m. I am fast asleep. No one is in the home at that time other than myself and I can assure you I never made this call. After further review SBC acknowledged the charge was in error. Possibly crossed area codes. They discharged the charges. They advised me to contact you to do the same. This call was not made from 219-663-1sss and is not my charge. We have tried to call the toll free customer service number several times with no luck. We have since added a lock to prevent outside long distance carriers to added fraudelent charges to our phone bill. We would appreciate your prompt response and reversal on this charge.
