Today my visa bill contained a payment to wli reservationsrewards, I have no idea where or what this outfit is and whould like to know how to get rid of them, last months visa bill also had this same charge and I am at odds as to where they come from as I have had no contact with any place by that name, in the first place I don't have a need to make reservations.

How do I get rid of this outfit if I have no way to contact them, I am frustrated in IL.
