ICICI Bank online cheating - Money transfer

Dear Sir How are you doing?? I need your help to solve one of the issue i am facing with ICICI Bank India.. There is a facility called "Money to India" through ICICI bank..using that we can transfer money from USA to india..I did one transaction on April 11th with the amount (1731$ or 75000 /-Rs) . I gave the receivers details and contact phone numbers and address everything..But the ICICI bank didnt send the money to the receiver..every day i am calling to ICICI customer service about this transaction..

All the time they are saying it will take 2 more days to complete the transaction.. now its already 50 days was over ..I am trying to talk to the ICICI bank manager through phone..But i am unable to bcoz they are saying they are busy with other customers..I didnt know whats going on there in India exactly with ICICI service...I requested them more than 100 times to send money to receiver..All the time they are saying wait 2 more days..If you want i can provide you all the details about Transaction (Receivers bank account number & address & my bank

details)..Please help me to resolve this issue..
