I have an account with charter have been a customer for years my service was disconnected this morning and this being memorial day I cannot get anything done about it I am going to get this squared away and then go for the dish I have been treated poorly for a long time now as this is not the first time they have slammed me NOT A CALL TO TELL ME OF THE PROBLEM OH NO THE COMPUTER JUST SHUTS YOU DOWN i HOPE i get treated better somewhere else
