I am writing this complaint about the Brother 5100C. The machine had a head cleaning problem from day one, if you didn't use the printer for a few days you had to clean the print head every time you used it. Now I am getting a machine error 41, which is usually a print head problem. I purchased this machine two years ago and used it very little, in my opinion there should be a recall on this machine, due to poor performance and all the complaints on this machine, there is definitely a problem.

After this experience I will never purchase another brother product and will try to prevent anyone I come in contact with from making the same mistake I did.
