I have a 2002 GMC Envoy, and I have had nothing but problems with it. I had to take it in four different times to have the alignment checked, and after the fourth time the dealership suggested that it was off because I was speeding over speed bumps!! The interior has given me problems, with the cover coming loose on the seat, and the entire panel over the stereo being loose as well. My newest complaint is that THE ENTIRE front end is coming loose. The mud cover in the wheel well on the left is loose.

The front grill is loose on the left, and the ENTIRE front bumper is loose as well!! I cannot believe that this car is giving me so many problems. It seems every time I get something repaired, there is something new to work on. It also seems that I can't get any decent service From Stephen's Auto Mall in Bristol CT. on the thing. When I sent it in for an oil change last month, I requested that they check all the fluids. When I got it back the low windshield fluid light was still on! I just had to put an entire gallon in myself.

Why does my car keep falling apart on me, and why can't I get any decent service?! I am seriously considering going to the local news paper to voice my lack of satisfaction with this car and the service I am receiving. Maybe letting everyone know around this place know how dissatisfied I am will help me get some better service on a car that I am very unhappy with.
