02078390300 we visited this restaurant as we wanted to watch the England vs USA football

match on the 28th of may. we arrived at around 7.30 and was shown to a

table. we then had to wait around 20mins to just order drinks. we then also

ordered our food at the same time.

we waited for 30mins for our starters to arrive and then had to ask the waitress for drinks as we were not asked. we ate the starters and the plates were left on our table until our main course arrived, we had to push our starter plates to one side so the waitress could put down the main. we then asked this same waitress to serve us some drinks and she refused saying that she worked upstairs and that we had to wait for our own waitress to return. we did not see our waitress throughout the whole of our meal, and so did not purchase any more drinks. we also had to ask for condiments to be brought to us. when she finally did return to clear the plates she did not ask if we would like any more drinks or a dessert.

we finished watching the football and then asked for the bill. we had to wait around 20mins for a waitress to pass so we could ask for it. we also had to ask twice because the 1st waitress didnt bring it. after about 30mins the bill arrived. we could easily have walked out without paying as none of the waitresses were

taking any notice and were standing at the back chatting. overal we had a
