Dear Sir,

I had taken a professional loan from the citi bank.I became a defaulter and subsequently I paid up the loan in full under compromise plan on 30th May 2003.They assured me that the account will be closed and the suit filed at the Delhi court will withdrawn.

However,this morning I came to know that the case is not withdrwan and I have to appear at the delhi court on23rtd July 2005

This is pure harassment.

When the bank has closed the account under a compromise one time settlement plan ,it was their duty to withdraw the suit.

What to do now
