I am looking for an instruction manual for a WelBilt Bread Oven( ABM 600-1). I purchased this at a yard sale and the paper work that would have originally came with the product was not with it when I bought it. I would like some assistance with this if possible.

my mother got a welbilt 600 bread maker at a garage sell and she needs to know where to buy the blade/paddle for it. This part was missing when she got it. Thank you
