I ordered 158 dlrs. in plants. They came all bundled in plastic bags.

This is part of what I ordered and got:

- One 5-n-1 dwf pear and 1 cocktail tree.- I got 2 small trunks, with no root system and no branches.

- 15 barefoot pink honeysuckle that never came to life.

- 3-n1 citrus that really were three tiny plants in a 2 or 3 inches tall plastic pot . One of the plants had only 2 leaves, and was 1.5" tall.

- 30 purple wintercreeper, all died within 24 hours of planting.

- 3 trumpet vines, received no plants but a tuberculous kind of trunk, with no roots.

- 1 black raspberry , 1 seedless grape and 1 free rose, all died after planting.

- a sweet leaf that arrive rooted, deade, and a banana plant in really bad shape that also died. I contacted them numerous times at first about the sweet leaf and the banana plants. I send them the package back and they resent it to me 2 weeks later, with the rotten plant inside. After another round of emails they finally replaced the sweet leaf plant but no the banana. Customer Service doesn't respond quickly and they don't seem to read past communications. They don't seem to have a working relationship with their shipping dept. neither.

In general, I'm very disappointed. They show nice pictures and descriptions in their catalogues but they send really low quality plants, if no dead already.
