My complaint is that Honda of Stevens Creek promised me a vehicle for a certain price for over two weeks and then called me one day to come pick up the vehicle and when I got there, told me they had sold it and didn’t bother to call me, and then said they would call me again when the next vehicle arrives and when I got there the second time they said they could not sell it to me for the price promised.

I spoke to the Manager and he basically blew me off and when I requested a gas voucher for my 2 unnecessary trips that I made, he said we do not give gas to non paying customers. Stevens Creek and specifically Larry the “manager” is full of shit! Do not buy a vehicle from these sleazy car salesmen, it’s not worth it. Thank you!!!
