dear sir the commercial appeal is denying me the paper because of another party not paying their bill i think this is wrong i am in no way responsible for others bills.

discrimination seems like iwas billed for 3.00 which i paid and had been promised on 3 occasions i would get my paper.any help would be appreciated. thanks.
