I recently bought around $20000.00 worth goods from UBID. Few problems which ubid do not want to help.

Problem One

Purchase from UBID.com Bought Four Refurbhised Sony Vaio VGC-RA710G (Order NO B9516481/B9515805/B9515473/B9517789) Totaling to $2988.60. To my surprise all four machines have around 8 yrs old IBM keyboard and mouse. Ubid website shows black sony keyboard and mouse and external components with computer whereby they sent only IBM old white keyboard and mouse with sony black machine. Email reply from them states Dear Vikas Gupta, Refurbished items may sometimes come with a keyboard and mouse that are not the same brand as the computer. This is not considered misadvertisement since we clearly state the items will be refurbished, and refurbished items must meet or exceed manufacturer's specifications, but all parts used to ensure these specifications are met do not have to be Sony. Dont buy from UBID!!!! I bought a laptop from them and 5mths later it died on me . Be warned they are selling bad stuff
